Michelle Leong is the Founder of 1010Life and is a Certified Trainer in the Myers-Briggs Personality Profiling Tool® Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) with CPP Asia Pte Ltd as well as the California Psychological InventoryTM (CPITM). She works with individuals and corporations to create training and developmental programs that empower people on both a personal and organizational level.

TRAINING SYNOPSIS
We believe that human resource will always be the organization’s most valuable asset. Be it in startups, SMEs or large corporations, hiring the right people and positioning them in the right teams can greatly promote efficiency and productivity. In addition, creating the right environment for them is crucial to retaining the best talent in the company.
Type theory can help business owners to develop a better understanding of their employees’ strengths, weaknesses and the way they process information. This includes strategies to avoid conflict, misunderstanding and miscommunication between team members.
The Building an Ace Team workshop will help participants better understand their type and how different types interact with each other. Through a series of activities, participants will be equipped with the knowledge to assemble an effective and balanced team that is able to build on each other’s strengths and make up for weaknesses.
