For existing startups, founders, local community leaders (tech, startup, design, entrepreneurship), leaders in the startup community, ICT council, academe, business leaders, and LGU/other agencies to evaluate and help strengthen the local startup ecosystem.
Outcome will be a list of startups, advocates, activities, programs and resources to help startups in that city. Goal is to identify gaps in support and brainstorm possible solutions from the local community.

A startup as a project with the potential to be highly scalable working to solve a problem where the solution is not obvious.
Facebook, Grab, Skype, Viber, Lazada, Snap (Snapchat) are examples of startups that have become huge companies. Some startups in the Philippines include Chikka, Ayannah, Kalibrr, Qwikwire, Coins.ph, honest bee and others.
