For the 1st edition of TechTalks.ph Kapihan, here's a quick profile of one of the brains behind the Goliath of online marketplaces.

Maria Regina Aguilar started her career as a business and economic journalist for seven years in Cebu Daily News, Business World, and Philippine Daily Inquirer.

In search of a new challenge, she dipped her toes into marketing in 2010 as International Sales and Marketing Officer for Shemberg Marketing Corporation and fell in love with the career since then.

Before joining OLX.ph, she served as Global Marketing Coordinator for a Netherland-based intellectual property service company Lighthouse Group, Inc. and Marketing Manager for online exporter of Japanese cars iComm International, Inc.

This month, she celebrates her first anniversary as Senior Marketing Manager for Cebu with Netrepreneur Connections Enterprises, Inc., the company behind the Philippines' number one online classifieds www.OLX.ph: Kun dili na gamiton, ibaligya na sa OLX!
