Jonathan Cosino Jaranilla is Managing Partner of San Francisco-based Sead Phase Ventures which invests in early stage technology startups in Southeast Asia and Silicon Valley. He used to be a startup founder and attended DRAPER University where he formalized VC fund. He splits his time between San Francisco and the Philippines.
